Creció en un entorno familiar vinculado a las artes plásticas. Estudió guitarra clásica en la Escuela Universitaria de Música y de muy joven se interesó por la fotografía.
Desde 2013 trabaja documentando temas políticos y sociales en Uruguay, con un enfoque centrado en la narrativa visual. Es fotógrafo de planta en adhocFOTOS y también colabora con medios internacionales de forma independiente.
